My Biggest Management Problem

My biggest management problem has always been my time management. Every semester this is an issue for me because usually I end up not doing much reading or studying until midterms and finals roll around and I end up pulling all-nighters or sleeping really late for many consecutive days while cramming for tests, writing papers and doing projects. Although I actually do plan on keeping up with my work I always tend to get distracted, which leads me to procrastinate. I always end up on AIM, Facebook, or doing something completely unrelated to what I'm suppose to be doing which is studying. Managing my time is easier said than done, I work part-time as an intern at JP Morgan and I'm a full time student. With this, my schedule is basically packed from Monday-Friday just from work and classes. Along with this I still want to maintain a social life, I want to be spend some time to just relax and hang out with my friends. So with all this it's not a simple task to be able to manage my time well. I hope this semester I can keep up with my work and not slack. So far I think I'm doing pretty well although I have Facebook opened in another tab!
